Registration
Q: What happens after registration and how long does it take to be approved?
A: We will contact you immediately after we receive your contact details. Approval depends upon which documents you sent for verification purpose.
Card Issuance and Currencies
Q: How long does it take to receive card and is it accepted abroad?
A: For standard mail it can take up to 4 weeks whereas expedited it will arrive in 1 week. Card is accepted worldwide through Mastercard and Visa networks. Make purchases in-store via POS terminals, online, get cash at ATMs etc. You have an option to choose your Prepaid Card program in the following currencies (GBP - EURO - USD).
My Prepaid Card Account
Q: How Can I Access My Card Details, Do You Offer Me A Panel??
A: Yes. You will get an administrator account that you will be able to access online. On this account you will be able to manage your funds, enroll cardholders and load funds to their account.
Verification
Q: I received my card and I need to use it so what do I need to do?
A: We will send your prepaid card with instructions of how to activate it. You will login to your admin panel where you have to upload copy of passport and utility bill providing your address. To lift up limits you need to answer some questions and abide by our policies.
